Brahmaputra Express is running with LHB and the picture showing ICF rake. Dont spread fake news.
I don't know how authentic the news is. Infact I didn't even read it. But the picture shown is definitely LHB. Prior to the introduction of sliding windows in LHB coaches, the windows were like this. If you look carefully at the windows you can find that there is a frame and it projects inward unlike the ICF coaches. This is because the width of the body is less. To accommodate two shutters, a frame is provided (blue in this picture) that projects inward. Since I have travelled a lot in such coaches, I am sure on this.
Pic is of LHB gen coach and people are also limited but they are avoiding distancing... sit closer to each other.. and also not wearing masks inside coach
Definitely they are not adhering to minimal Distancing norms. I only said that it is an LHB coach, didn't mention the class. But however, on closer observation it looks like Sleeper Class for three reasons:
1. The distance between berth number stickers/ plates makes me feel that only three people can be accommodated on each side. UR class accommodates four pax.
2. There is berth number displayed below the window. In SL class it is displayed to show the LB position. In UR class, seat numbers aren't displayed below the windows. Though the...
