I never consider the paper remarks. Not even the TT or the AVG speed. U can also remember tat we saw Nagavali SF Express made a impressive run despite it had a slack time. 40mins of 61km isn't an easy job for any express train. Even here, Duronto gets clearance almost til its tech halts. even BPL Shatabdi follows the same rule. There are days, when Shatabdi used to arrive early too. what is wrong when 5-10mins are added. Nothing will change. It'll do its old job except we are just fighting for the crown prince.
