After starting of electric trains in NWR, there is a eloco shed required in NWR. What is the suitable place of eloco shed in NWR?

in near future no any shed is going to be alloted to NWR becoz Delhi has GZB and TKD ELS which will fulfill requirement..
If these will fulfill the requirement then why the Delhi REWARI passenger train are running with dloco.
And the electrification of this section and crs was completed in January 2019.
When asked about the same to higher authorities they always say about shortage of e locos
