The need for container train services between the two countries has been acutely felt by the exporters of our country given ever growing bilateral trade and capacity constraints that the sea & land routes are grappling with.
This will be a permanent service connecting nominated ICDs and Terminals of CONCOR in India to various stations in Bangladesh (Benapole, Jessore, Singia, Noapara, BBW).
The trains will run through Petrapole – Benapole border of India and Bangladesh.
