Blocking licensed agents from booking and cancellation of GN other quota ticket shows that the railway is very hostile towards them.
Recent experience proves that the real game is played on PRS windows.
By blocking Agents by four hours they can not cancel eTicket with will cause great problem to all.
Why they can not create separate Tatkal Booking site to make system clean...
