Earlier I made a mistake in giving number it is 25. KK is 25 Coacher when HCPV is counted
There is an issue with single EMD when 24 coach+ 1 hcpv+ 1 eloco comes. iif twin provided no issue, issue is rake length.

First of all even with 24 coach failure rate for single emd is very high so its impossible for emd to handle 25 coach with p7 attached to it
