This is clearly due to impact.. most probably cattles.

Fibre sheet se repair Kiya hua hai tha, woh fir se damage hogaya hai most probably due to CRO, Yeh ek design lapse tha jisko aage ki design mein rectify karne wala tha icf par naye rake tho Politics mein fas gaye.
Ajeeb sa nahi hai kuch... Khilona thodi na banaya gaya hai ye?
