I notice that CITIBANK refunds transaction charges where as I have not seen with any other bank.

19/06/2012 SERVICE TAX @ 12.36% 0.90
I canceled it when it was still RAC.
25/06/2012 IRCTC LTD 375.00 -- This is 395-20 (for canc)
25/06/2012 REVERSAL -INDIAN RAILYWAYTRANSACTIONFE 6.75 -- This is 1.8% of refund amount.

I have canceled a bunch of tickets against my HDFC cc and never saw any refund of transaction fees.
I am planning to take this up with HDFC card division.
While I do that can others tell me how it is with other banks ?
