At present there is No Existence of TATA-ERS Exp in reality. TATA-ERS is presently a train only on papers. In reality the train is TATA-ALLEPPY Link exp till the time official PR gets released by SER about its cancellation. So, if reporter writes TATA-ALLEPPY will get LHB , he is correct based on present scenario. You cannot say the news is incorrect.
Since we r railfans, we saw the RB Approval letter, so we know TATA-ALLEPPY will be Cancelled and TATA-ERS will start. But other persons who r not railfans for them there is no train exist as named as TATA-ERS Exp, how will those people connect with this news that which train will get lhb coaches. ...

For a minute u forget that u have seen the RB Approval letter about Cancellation of TATA-ALLEPPY LINK EXP and starting a new train TATA-ERS EXP in its place. Think as a non-railfan normal passenger. For such passenger, there is no existence of TATA-ERS exp at present date , so if the reporter writes that TATA-ERS EXP will get lhb coaches, how can that passenger relate this news with any train. But if the reporter writes that TATA-ALLEPPY will get lhb coaches, then that passenger can releate that yes there is a train as TATA-ALLEPPY that will get lhb coaches. So, news reporter is correct on his part in printing the news, as the newspapers r read by every person , not only by railfans, also it is not necessary that every person reading this newspaper is a railfan. Hope i could make u understand now.
Yani ki Utsarg Express bhi LHB Rake ki ho jayegi. Great Indian Railway.
