And what was the requirement for operating the full train under tatkal quota.
To cash in even some seats avl ,overall extra fare will cover it

The trains which are Covid has normal fare with 30% earmarked Tatkal berth. Clones are charged at Humsafar 15% extra price. Shatabdi/Rajdhani/DRNTO has their own Dynamic Fare plus earmarked Tatkal!! But none of them are charged at 100% Tatkal or Dynamic fare!!
Now the one tagged as Special are really special even when they are the regular train before pandemic, completely charged as Tatkal with even 1A charged at Tatkal & hence you will find price difference for Mahabodhi/Puru, Shivganga/MUV-NDLS etc.

Except fare & train number everything is same as original train. Then why they are operating these as festive specials. Let's start them as normal trains itself. No covid or festive special,
