Noticed that from 1986, 25/26 Kakatiya Express became a Fast passenger with numbers 325/326. Think it is even continuing as a passenger train ending with numbers 25/26. RIght?
Few corrections.
KK Exp from Trivandrum Central was inaugurated on Jan 10 1977( Monday) an Bangalore portion on 13 Jan 1977.
From 1987, there were 3 Karnataka Exp 905/906 weekly 127/18 bi weekly...

You are right and have cross checked, TN always skipped Kazipet, TN in 1987-1988 time frame used to have electric locos till BZA and from there diesel loco till NGP. GT started skipping KZJ from April 1987 with a stop at Warangal. If understand correctly Kazipet bypass came in early 1975. Not sure whether Cochin JJ or TN was the first train to run thru bypass.
