Yes seems that the eloco experiment has been dropped. Running time is much better though i wish they make it run ahead of MAS-MAQ Mail which can futher cut down the running time !
It was reaching earlier at 8:25. Just dragged the time. 16511 also can reach early but due to platform issues (I think) they hold at Payyannur.
Was it in e-loco upto few days back? Not seen any pic.

Not seen pics but for a period of 10-15 days , it did undergo loco change due to which TT between ED & Kannur was altered.
