GN quota hoga shuru mein but train bharti hogi nahi toh kyu ghaate mein rahe ECR..hata liya quota..And agar passengers milne honge toh mil jayenge irrespective of quota..12553 mein Siwan ka quota and Siwan se boarding iska solid proof hai.
