I have seen that some of the posts contradicting any of the claims / assertion made by your admins are immediately deleted by that particular admin. You are requested to develop a system, whereby admins are restricted to delete other posts only and any post against any wrong or biased reply by any admin must be deleted by the moderator only.
As you have installed post meter for each logged in blogger, a "Posts Deleted" meter must be in place, so that each and every one can detect that which admin is deleting the posts, which contract their claims. Every admin then write post on some solid basis only, not to score 2500-50000 posts.

You do not need to posts 100 or 200.Best example is Mr.Aamod.He has posted just 35 posts and became an administrator.
