In View Of On Going Unwarranted Actions Taken By Some Novice Kid FM's And These F'M's Encouraged By Some Senior FM's Its Seems Giving Our Valuable Time & Selfless Service To Maintain Dynamically Changing Railway Information On IRI Is Worthless And Going In Vain. I Too Faced Some Unwarranted Voiding By Novice FM Who Themselves Don't Know What Is Correct And What Is Wrong And Senior FM's Being Part Of It. IRI Is Site For Rail Enthusiastic But Some People Behave As If Its Oxford English Class Giving Warning On Use Of Font, Case & Style. They Cant Understand This Site Is For Hobby And Passion For Railways Not Diplomatic Mission Office. IRI Is At Junction Where Some Set Of Rules Need To Be Defined Before It's Too Late.

Rule I Would Like To Be Implemented.
✒ Any Action/Modification Required On Any TL Should Be Taken Within 7 Days From Date Of Entry And Thereafter Such TL Shall Not Be Marked Void/Fix-It.
✒ All Multiple/Duplicate Entries Created Due To Network/Hardware Error i.e Same Data (Info Not Changed) Entries With Same Time Stamp (± 1 Min) Shall Not Be Marked Voids.
✒ Any TL Entry That Are Editable Shall Not Be Marked Void. Members May Seek Clarification From Updater And May Ask For Modification If Required. If After Discussion & Modification It Is Found Update Was Wrongs Such Entry May Be Considered For Marking Void.
✒ There Should Not Be Any Bar On Use Of Font/Style And Case.

Members Do Not Consider It As A Sign Of Arrogance Or Attitude Form A TLM. I Am Very Well Aware IRI Was There When I Was Not TLM And IRI Would Be There Even If I Don't Update... ❝Kisi Ke Jane Se, Ya Kisi Ke Rehne Ya Na Rehne Se Koi Farak Nahi Padta ❞.
Till Any Concrete Step Is Taken & In support Of Some Co-TLM Facing Wrath of FM's I Hereby Quit From TLM Group.
