7hrs for Vskp BZA is ok will face 3 overtakes duronto Garib rath and Vskp NED exp so thre will be 30 mins slack in BZA GNT and agree with you odd arrivals. Looks ECOr want to retain this train as intercity between VSKP Rayagada by maintaining enough time gap with other trains in the route. Three will be 90mins wastage now in Tuni Duvvada Stretch or start at 100 in GNT. I feel there no need to give aggressive TT upto Tuni and give all slack instead use average 60kmph running TT with storage time extra to maintain punctuality in Intermediate sections.
