ARP is already open for 19/11/12 but we can not book e-ticket :((

sir, ask the rahul bond sir, he will do the mind blowing calculations and will tell you when the ARP opens.He has the done that for diwali, durga pooja and all the other Indian festivals.
ARP for journey (trains starting its journey) on 19/11/2012 is open today.
