Clearly Dhanbad Division is run by idiots, no wonder they are in the shambles when it actually comes to providing passenger amenities, instead spew total B.S
1. Transfering CF to ECR would not make PNME/KQR extension feasible rather the opposite. While the PM is still taken care by HWH it makes sense to extend it anywhere either PNME or KQR . Even it were extended to PNME PM would still have to be done at DHN. GMO CCU is not capable of maintaining LHB coaches, and I don't GMO can maintain a train that long. KQR extension is like Mungerilal's sapna, if KQR extension is possible then why not GAYA?

Transfering CF to ECR would break the RSA, HWH division loves it's RSAs. They will not simply agree to a rake transfer. Moreover DHN's political relevance is shit. It couldnot compete with Jasidih, it is trying to take on HWH with Bengal elections upcoming. Good luck with that.
3. Transfering BD to ER makes more sense given that the TAT at DHN is insufficient and BD gets late on several occasions simply because of that. The time BD spends at HWH is more than enough. If DHN Division is feeling so generous then why not extend this to PNME/KQR. When BKSC wanted it, they opposed it and now they are doing dramabaazi.
