No, I am not from Patna, but I have visited Pnbe numerous times .
Danapur was originally the biggest station , it became a division with asansol.
asansol was further split into Mughalsarai, Dhanbad and present Asansol.

Yes. I am aware of that. But the remains of the station and/or tracks still exists, right?
No the whole track was broken to make parking area now that railway lines are not in exist.
