Rakes which r not ready is because of the RB order that ICF Coaches life for use in passenger services is reduced from 25 years to 20 years. As a result huge number of SER ICF passenger coaches either crossed 20 yrs of going to cross 20 years of life. So, rakes cannot be formed for them. I was saying this in another post yesterday. SER has shortage of passenger coaches, SER already sent a letter to RB on requirements of coaches. See below link of my yesterday post:
