I have heard that along with this new terminal which is probably one of its kind AC terminal, there are also plans to lay foundation for the suburban rail project as well. Since these are big ticket projects for Bangalore they want to to get maximum mileage. Online inaugration may not gove them the visibility hence maybe they are wating for it to be inaugrated personally !!!
