There won't be big difference in 110 or 130, as hardly 30-40min duration varies. Earlier during 1990's-2000's TN had tight schedule. even Before Raj intro.. TN had present day Raj schedule with 30hrs of travel duration. Here issue is time slots in NCR and NR region. Why SR is killing TN? its unsolved mystery

Don't know present situation, whether trains are running in night or not.
Automatic signalling, fencing,Track and sleeper changes ,removal of speed restrictions.Also recently Unnao yard remodeling and interlocking also done.
Not available.But there are some posted by DRM LKO and a news of 130 target at twitter
