Don't try to play the victim here.
Giridih has a railway station since 1890s, yet no trains. Hazaribagh station was built 5 years back, Godda didn't even have a railway line frw days back, now it already has a dedicated train to Delhi which already puts it on a higher pedestal than TATA/DHN! I am sorry, but in what bizzaro world is Godda a victim?
