Is LGD ELS PERFORMING POH of WAP 7s? AFAIK ELS perform only IOH AND TOH OF LOCOS. Are loco sheds allowed to do POH nowadays. Someone can confirm.

No POH of locos is only done by Loco workshops. Those Loco workshops are KGP, AMV(Lucknow Alambagh), DHD, GOC(new addition), JMP(New addition), AII(new addition), KPA, BSL

Only respective Locomotive SHEDS can do TOH and IOH for their Electric locos

But carriage workshop can only handle poh of passenger coaches, freight, tower cars , memu, emu and demu. they will not Handle POH of LOCOS
