Well, making everything ready for run after publishing TAAG and then declaring route change to favour a politician is not something I have ever head of in history of IR . Correct me if I am wrong though. RNC-NDLS GR was almost via BKSC till that decision made to run via BRKA.
i remember hindustan mein pura route ka TT chhap gya tha and i have definitely seen it in TAAG.. i was very happy.. and because i was a school going kid living in steel city at the time koi tareeka nhi tha to find out if the train actually ran via bksc.. of course, about a year later jb uska TT via dto dikha i was zapped..
but aisa ek baar aur hua h bksc k saath hi, rnc pnbe ac ko chhath k time ek festival special k tarah start kiya gya tha and about 12 hrs before its run usko via hzbn divert kiya gya tha.. kya hua hoga unlogon k saath jo ki usmein ticket kaat k baithe...

Tori dto speed is even more then via bksc..entire route upto dos is 110kmph except 30 km of barkichapi tori which is 90 kmph.. dont think ki ye slow section haii.. ispe avi rajdhani ka proposal haii jo sam 6.30 me chal ke 11 bje delhi or 1 dopher me delhi se chal ke 5 bje ranchi ayegi
