I don't think BKSC will get WAP7. WAG 9 will be given more, maybe some WAG7 will be transferred from KGP DLS , TATA ELS to BKSC.
WAP7 will be for TATA, SRC ELS , BNDM , Some more WAP4 will be transferred from SRC to KGP to make place for some more WAP7 at SRC ELS.
