PIC1: 1861, PIC2: 1864 (Till Nov), PIC3: Nov 1864 & Feb 1865, PIC4: 1868
Schedule of no train turn out as forerunner of Mail in PIC5: 1876.
Nov 1864 & Feb 1865 trains were just extension of Ordinary which Departed Bombay & ADI at morning.
Inauguration Year undoubtedly isnt before 1869 (at least)!!

Gujarat Mail run from Colaba while 1868 Ordinary was from Bellasis Road Bombay!! 1868 Ordinary isnt "through Train" but two different train service as in Pic 4 of First Post!!
Attached Pic from click here (1867-68) informs Grant Road to Colaba isnt finished yet!! click here tells Churchgate was connected in 1870 & Colaba in 1873!! click here Tells Direct ADI-Bombay train happened in 1870!!
So far Gujarat Mail Forerunner doesnt seems before 1870.

Pic1: click here 18/1/1870 Line Open till Church Gate. Till 1868: No Mail & through Train existed (Pic4 of first post)
Pic2: click here Evening Departure treated as Mail whose Arrival at Baroda sync with Pic5 of First Post. Pic3 of 1889 Display further sped up of Mail past Nerbudda Bridge completion.
Its 18.1.1870 as the first run for Gujarat Mail. Anyone can provide valuable evidence to challenge the same!!

The train seems got started in 1875 as per Pic 1 (Last underlined portion)!!
Pic 2 (Date Unknown) vs Pic 3 shows: 9 AM Through Ordinary become 10 AM Ordinary. 17:30 Virar Ordinary become 18:00 Virar Ordinary. 17:20 Slot of Ordinary taken over by Gujarat Mail as new 4th Train (which dont exist in May 1867 Pic 3)!!
This Night Mail Run may have some Link with Pic 4 where Night Mail Service was pushed for Bombay-Calcutta!! Dec 9 1875 is the earliest link for Gujarat Mail found so far!!
