Current status and deadline of Sanki - Sidhwar new rail line under project of new railway line between Barkakana - Tatisilwai Jn.(Ranchi):- One of the tunnel work is expected to complete by January'2022 ; Target date of completion March'2022

Speed trial between Shanki - Sidhwar rail section under jurisdiction of Dhanbad Division of East Central Railways (ECR) was completed Successfully Today. The stretch has now received green signal from the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) for regular services.
Dekha jaye iss route se nya train deta hai ecr ya kuch existing kuch trains ka diversion
ECR chahe toh Mesra tak toh bina SER ke permission, new trains introduce kar sakta.
Like from JYG/RXL/MFP/PNBE via PPTA, FUT/BKP, TIA,KQR and BRKA.
Same goes for NER also from Purvanchal.
