To be fair not a bad deal though.
He got out of HJP/ECR to UBL/SWR, I'd take that transfer in a heartbeat
Few years back, when there is a massive rail roko by people in Badlapur (near mumbai, on the mumbai pune line) the then DRM of mumbai was transfered to Khurda road, a place most of us wouldn't be able to point on map without help. This one seems mild in comparison to that :p
