Perhaps for the 1st time, IR has cancelled/shelved/dropped new line project which appeared in Pink book with positive ROR and later found out to be non viable after DPR preparation.
As per the answer given by RM in LS, new Nanded-Bidar project has been dropped(?) by IR because of non viability. Strange!
