Both Data is 2nd Charting based & totally correct. Complete Vacant Berth is passed on to next Charting Station past Second Charting!!
BKN Section pass on 620 Vacant Berth (243 Booking) to NDLS.
NDLS passed on 453 Vacant Berth (162 Net Booking) to CNB. Coach algorithm isnt needed to know this but still done.

Vacant berth are passed only if sufficient time lapse is there between creation of two Chart between station like one between Bkn and newdelhi
Vacant berth are not passed when time between creation of two Chart very less
There should be atleast sufficient time present between final Chart of one station to creation of first Chart of another station

The Data under frame now is outcome of second charting at both Stations, Vacant Berth been passed & hence not false against you casual remark!!
Loss Quotient of DHN/DDU: There is no dearth of valid & comfortable option to travel from DHN/DDU (for NDLS or GC Stations) unlike BKN Section!!
