* So, apparently, the BPL train has slowed down from 150kmph to 130kmph on the NDLS-AGC route. Now it's taking around 8:07 and 8:39 hours for a round trip, reaching NDLS at the uncomfortable time of 23:55 hours. * Before this downgrade, the original Shatabdi used to go at a cool speed of 140kmph and only stopped at 3 places, compared to the current 7 stops for a measly 700km journey. * The BPL train needs the VB rake to be assigned to it so that it can get back to NDLS before 22:30 hours. Alternatively, they can use the current rake with 2 electric locomotives in push-pull mode.
