late 90's aur aur early 2000 tak in fact Feb 2002 ke pahle tak.. Shramjeevi NR train thi aur Magadh ER baad me ECR ki ho gayi ECR banne ke baad.
SJ ka number 2401/02 tha Magadh ka 2391/92.

SJ bahut late chalti thi as 5am par NDLS arrival ke baad 1:10pm par departure tha again for PNBE. 2 hi rake

tha us samay to agar NDLS aane wali SJ kahin LKO Charbag mata ki kripa se delay hui to NDLS me PM point hone ke karan departure reschedule ho jata tha fir till PNBE delay bana rahta tha. Again PNBE se reschedule rahti thi to fir NDLS late arrival again reschedule departure.. later RT karne ke liye ek din ka run cancel jaisa haal BGP GR ka tha kuch time pahle tak..
As SJ thi NR train to DNR div isko PNBE-MGS (now DDU) me har jagah halt de diya tha.
(Remember us time ye train PNBE-NDLS thi via LKO-MB.. RGD nahin jati thi)

On the other hand Magadh thi ECR train. Us samay SK nahi thi to Magadh ka wahi rutba tha jo abhi SK ka hai.
Magadh ke maintenance k liye Patna Junction me alag se dedicated PIT line thi (one can imagine the status of Magadh)
Magadh always RT chalne wali gadi thi.. baad me
SJ me ek link exp chalne lagi Rajgir se jo Rajgir se aakar SJ me lagti thi aur uska naam Nalanda Exp tha jo SJ me lagne ke baad Nalanda Shramjeevi Exp ho jati thi. as i said earlier SJ bahut late chalti thi to link exp ke pax ko bahut baar PNBE pe 2hr tak rukna padta tha. Again 2402 late aati thi to RGD pax ke destination par pahunchne ka koi time hi nahi tha. log demand karne lage ki is nautnki me hamara bahut time kharch hota hai SJ ko full rake ke sath RGD se chalao..
Finally Magadh aur SJ ko exchange kar diya gaya Magadh chali gayi NR ko aur SJ aa gayi ECR me..

Lekin tabtak DNR div (ECR) SJ ko PNBE-DDU me bhar ke halt de chuka tha aur halt hataye nahi jaa sakte the unki Magadh jaa chuki thi NR ko..
Kismat se Nitish Kumar RM the usi time me to ECR ne PNBE-NDLS me new train ka proposal diya jise Nitish Kumar ke RM rahte decline karna impossible tha. ye new train without any budget announcement aayi thi jo us zamane me bahut badi baat thi. As us time budget me train announce hoti thi.
Ab ECR (DNR) ko new train aur in fact better train mil hi gayi thi for NDLS from PNBE.
SJ unki train thi aur halt dene ke baad hatana possible nahi tha ye unko bhi pata tha to Magadh jo abtak achhi train thi uske halt add karne lage..
jabtak Magadh ECR ke pas thi us time
PNBE-DNR-ARA-BXR-MGS ye hi halt tha.. NR ke pas jate hi MGS-PNBE me kya haal hai sab dekh hi rahe hain.
ECR (DNR) ko agar road traffic aur pax ke suvidha ki itni fikar hai to kya SK ko DNR me halt dega wo?

RJPB aur DNR ke congestion ka bahana banakar ek badhiya system barbad kar diya ECR..
DDU wali sari trains RJPB se chalti thi jisse 10 min PNBE touch karte hue aage chali jati thi aur KIUL side jane wali sari trains DNR se chalti thi jo 10 min PNBE pe ruk kar aage chali jati thi.. PNBE accessible hai for everyone even in 3am. DNR jane me problem hai raat ko ya fir jisko PNBE me hi jarurat hai wo DNR utar ke again cab/auto me paise kyu lagaye?

Other zones ki hi trains mostly shuffle hui hai isme.. ECR ki khud ki kam hi hui hain. SK ko DNR terminate karega ECR kabhi?
NDLS-DNR sampoorna kranti exp banayega? Nahin banayega.. SK ke wajah se PNBE pe pax ki bheed nahi hoti hai?

ECR biased hai. Biased sab hote hain lekin ECR (DNR) thoda jyada hai.
