I too Agree Surat deserves all halts but people then criticise
Assume Some other states Sampark Kranti gets halt over ST
Then it's State Region to Capital fastest connectivity will be gone which skips as large city as it becomes only for the state perspective people then criticise Gwalior's halt and appreciate Surat's
