abin 26 blog poststhe time table says the train reaches Nizamuddin at 17.30.But i remember when i booked it was 12.40...wats the reason in changing the time

Konkan Railway time tables are changed (duration increases) during Monsoon because of risk of sliding. This train passes through Konkan Railway and hence you witness so.

is there any chance of train running according to old time table if there is no rain in the konkan region?
dear blogger, the train time tables are fixed for a particular time = in this case its from jun 15 to octo 31. there will be no change in between irrespective or rains or sunshine. if the train timings is changed according to specific day weather pattern, there will be no time tables required for any of the train.
pl think rationally - can a train timing be changed for just 1 or 2 non rain days?
