What is LACCNE coach? I have heard about LWACCNE but for the first time hearing LACCNE. SER has got 8 LACCNE from RCF. Details of coaches as follows:

SER documents mostly have this note/comment mentioned in the end....'path fof good trains will be lost & so on " . This just goes to who how much heavily they prioritise freight above passenger trains. Also 4.5 hrs for 150 km between Tata-Rourkela seems to be a bit high isnt it whereas locals between Howrah-Kharagpur ( even though dist is less) seem a bit faster
Yes for SER freight has 1st priority. If u see recent visits of SER GM also, she is visiting every place nearby siding/freight loading points ,etc along with visiting platforms, dormitories, etc.
Now this note in every SER proposal is i think a way to SER do not want to run these trains i.e. this note is a bahana. Now u know RB very much giving importance to freight business for revenue, so if in this situation you mention a note like this that 4 freight trains will be lost , etc, etc below ur new train proposal then there is high chances that RB will not Approve these and these trains will not run ever and will just stay a...

Completely agree. As and when the additional line opens up between Howrah Tata-JSG sector they can no longer give these reasons
That means even if 6 lines are constructed, they will run 60 more freight trains and if even then any new coaching train is introduced, always 3-4 freight trains will be lost.
Ye coaches 2 3 dharti aba me lga dena chahiye aise v ye train 13 coaches se chalti hai kam se kam 15 ki to ho jayegi😂😂😂
