Being on HWH-MAS mainline, the stretch between KGP-CTC, there is no direct connectivity for Mumbai, Gujarat and Rajasthan for the peoples of Balasore, Bhadrak & JJKR. Either they have to depend on KGP or BBS to board the trains for their respective destinations. Till today, no political leaders (MPs) from concerned districts have raised the issues with Railway Ministry.
So, IR (specially SER) should divert any train or introduce a new train from BLS thru. BLS, BHC, JJKR, ANGL, SBP & ROU route for above destinations.

I gave u a similar example. There is no direct train till date from Kharagpur to Amritsar. Passengers have to travel 2 to 2.5 hrs to HWH or 2 hrs to TATA or 3 to 3.5 hrs to SDAH to catch train to Amritsar. Kharagpur is many times bigger station than Bhadrak or Cuttack. So, in IR it is not necessary that every station will have direct connectivity to every other station.
SER will not run any train via long route from SRC to CSMT via Bhadrak whdn shortest route via TATA is available. You can tweet to ECOR for a train from BBS to CSMT via BHC, HIJ, TATA route.

Best train to ASR for KGP region is to have a new train from either SHM or best Digha (being tourist place) to ASR via KGP TATA MURI BKSC and follow jallianwala bagh exp route till ASR
Requirement is not only for a bigger station!
Perhaps, you didn't got my point. Demand is for entire stretch between KGP-CTC, there is no direct train for entire western Indian cities/states for the peoples of Balasore, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj & Jajpur districts.
