CB-503 Tripped at DRW/TSS with DP/OCR at 12.50 & 12.53 hrs and locked out for Register tube with 9 ton insulator broken at km no.682/18-19 between section Kamli-Unja (KMLI-UJA) resulting T.No.19032), Loco No.22209/VTA/WR, PT- 1 entangled and broken. Fresh DSL power given.IOH-24.04.21, C Schedule-24.08.21, TW Checking-18.11.21, FP-11.11.21, Major/Sec- ANU-ADI, Minor/Sec-SID-KMLI, Time-12.50-14.50 hrs. Under investigation.
