The Sleeper changing work is going on at NEO or May be finished.
Probably within a month or a week the train will Skip NEO at Mps.

Going all over the stretch, from Chausa to Phulwari, that's why trains had to slow down and since 12392, 12578, 15635 and 15125 were back to back, they got delayed
