What is the use of LHB Rake for a train running at an average speed of less than 45 kms? LHB coaches have the capacity of running @160 kms.
The train should be speeded up to run atleast 50 kmph.

This is what needs to be worked on. In NCR/PRYJ Division, even SF Trains do nonstop 130 run for more than 1 Hour. Rajdhani & Vande Bharat do Continues 130 run, only slows down for TSRs/PSRs.

No train runs for continuous 130 in South India as no route is practically functional for 130kmph in South India. All LHB stock does flat 120kmph in Secunderabad Division n not just for 1hr but for most of the section.

He's giving half info, trains do flat MPS in respective stretches. Terrain plays an important role here, South is full of sharp curves n gradients, so at such places train has to slow down a bit.
