No hope of speeding up of this train much. But if u give proposal to SER, SER will happily convert it to Superfast exp with hardly 5 to 10 min speedup and you will have to pay more ticket fare.
Never ever it can get converted to SF until 130 is the MPS for whole routeš

Even if the tracks are upgraded to 130 KMPH MPS TATA THE won't get 130 as it will run with ICF coaches for quite some more time.
Chopan and Singrauli are not in SER jurisdiction neither is PRYJ. So we can't help.
