Flood caused havoc and land subsidence in hilly areas was the result. Tons of soil rubbish flowed down resulting in this situation.
Position of stn should be relocated future too me may see same situation
Considering tough terrains of North East, India should take measures for alternative route between Kolkata-Agartala via Bangladesh.
