This is indeed amongst the best. Travelled in 1ac from CST to Nizamuddin on 8th June 2022 & My observations:-
1. Punctuality - Slightly delayed at Jalgaon, Gwalior but before/On Time at Nizamuddin. 5/5
2. Railfanning - Start with Thull ghats & end with multiple overtakes next morning. Maja hi maja. 5/5
3. Cleanliness & Maintainance - 1st class. Damn good. Be it...
more... 2ac or 1ac, super clean exterior, interior, washrooms. After every meal, cabin was cleaned. Washrooms remained clean till destination (both 1st & 2nd ac). 5/5
4. Food - Simply delicious. They have jain food available too in dinner & breakfast. In 1ac, you can put forward your requirements for something if you dont want regular food. Like paneer bhurji/paneer chilly in place of matar paneer, aalu jeera in place of mix veg. Eat to your heart, supplemented with an ice cream (vanilla flavour, try your luck for some other flavour. Like on asking I got butter scotch) & sleep in chilled cabin/coupe.
Snacks - sandwich, samosa, soan-cake, tea/coffee, roasted almonds
Dinner - Rice, Chapati, Dal, Matar Paneer, Mix veg, Curd, Pickle (can change as per requirement)
B/F - Cornflakes, Bread butter, cutlets/omlette/upma/poha (poha avbl for jain), tea/coffee 4.8/5 (daal could have been bit better, else everything good)
5. Staff - Very polite, no - nonsense staff. Attending & serving with smile. Didn't ask for any tips at the end. OBHS took feedback digitally. 5/5
Overall a very nice train to travel in 1st ac or even 2ac (food will be different but rest things almost same)
Expectations were good enough & this train did fulfill it. No complains, No regret.. 🙌👏👏👏👏

3. Cleanliness & Maintenance - Top-notch. Totally clean inside and out. Washrooms stayed spotless throughout the journey. 5/5
4. Food - Absolutely delicious. They offer Jain food for dinner & breakfast too. In 1st class, you can customize your meal like a boss. Snacks include sandwiches, samosas, tea/coffee, and more. Dinner - rice, chapati, dal, paneer, veggies, curd, pickle. Breakfast - cornflakes, toast, eggs, tea/coffee. Almost perfect, could've used better dal. 4.8/5
5. Staff - Super friendly & didn't even ask for tips. 5/5
Overall, great train for 1st or 2nd class. Met expectations & then some. No complaints, all praise! 🙌👏👏👏👏

1. Time samjhne wale - thoda late tha Jalgaon, Gwalior pe but Nizamuddin pe time pe/reasonable late. 5/5
2. Rail deewano ke liye - Start Thull ghats se & subah tak multiple overtakes. Maja hi aa gaya. 5/5
3. Safai aur Maintainance - Top class. Damn good. Chahe 2ac ho ya 1ac, super clean exterior, interior, washrooms. Har meal ke baad, cabin saaf kiya gaya. Washrooms destination tak clean rahe (both 1st & 2nd ac). 5/5
4. Khana - Mast tha. Jain food bhi available tha dinner & breakfast mein. 1ac mein, agar regular food nahi chahiye to apna choice bata sakte ho. Jaise paneer bhurji/paneer chilly matar paneer ki jagah, aalu jeera mix veg ki jagah. Khao jitna mann kare, sath mein ice cream bhi (vanilla flavor, kismat aazmao kuch aur flavor mil jaye. Mene puchne pe butter scotch mila) & so jao chilled cabin mein.
Snacks - sandwich, samosa, soan-cake, chai /coffee, roasted almonds
Dinner - Rice, Chapati, Dal, Matar Paneer, Mix veg, Curd, Pickle (requirements ke anusar badli ja sakti hai)
B/F - Cornflakes, Bread butter, cutlets/omlette/upma/poha (poha jain ke liye bhi available), chai/coffee 4.8/5 (daal thoda behtar ho sakta tha, baki sab acha tha)
5. Staff - Bahut polite, no - nonsense staff. Smile ke sath attend aur serve kar rahe the. Kisi bhi tips ke liye nahi bolte the. OBHS digitally feedback lete the. 5/5
Overall ek bahut acchi train hai 1st ac ya 2ac mein yatra ke liye (khana alag hoga par baki sab almost same hoga)
Umeedein toh acchi thi & yeh train unhe puri bhi kar diya. Koi shikayat nahi, Koi pachtava nahi.. 🙌👏👏👏👏
