i am unable to refresh seat availability for last 6 months. not from my mobile/ pc/ lap top/ any other device. i have used even different connections or devices. can anybody tell me why???
IR is not giving links to third part sites from IRCTC for seat availability and train enquiry for train running status. So you need to go direct sites of IR for information.
