SWR should think of running a train from SBC (PF 1-7) to Tumkur line (say Hubli/ DVG/ HPT etc) via Cantonment, East, SMVB. Distance is be more by 20 kms, but think of connectivity from East Bangalore towards central Karnataka.
This route will reduce rush at SBC/ YPR also, as public can board from BNC or East or SMVB.
