Destination is SMVT, but as per TT it goes to Yesvantpur.
Yes its still weekly but there's huge demand for this route, specially for SL and GS coaches (now that AC Coaches have been increased) - it should atleast be made Bi-weekly now.
. There's no direct train for Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam except this Anga Express. Also there's no direct train to Chennai and other places of South India from Bhagalpur Region.

MAS has train to Jasidih and Jasidih is approximately 120 km from Bhagalpur so that may be reason for not giving new one to MAS, but if you still insist you should request your zone.
JSME got those trains few months ago.. Tambaram Exp barely 2yrs and for Banglore barely 3 months.
Anga from BGP is an old one as compared to those 2 trains from Jasidih.

JSME-TBM is a newly extended train which already had good patronage before its extension. The extension was political, for a particular constituency rather than for BGP. People of Bhagalpur still prefer going to Howrah/Patna(or Kiul) to catch train for Chennai.
Zone/Division is least interested in giving new trains. Always they come up with the classic excuse of Pitline/Platform constraints, even rejecting other zones' proposal (for a new train to BGP). MP/MLAs of the region are also not interested in any such topics.

And Anga runs full throughout the year - very hard to book tickets near the journey date; people lining up for GS Coaches every week with The situation being very dire during festive seasons.
