Sup, bro! Why though? CRO is gonna happen unless the track is fenced. At least IR is making progress with speeds of 130 to 160 MPS. The next goal is gonna be hitting 200 MPS in some sections. Thanks to the government's efforts, at least there's less sh*t near the tracks thanks to Swachh Bharat mission. Around 8 years ago, if you looked out from the train in the morning, it was a common and ugly sight. But things take time to change, and they have. IR is trying to make the journey safe, fast, and comfy. So, try to appreciate the good things, ya know!
