Railway should find out the deep route cause for the Train accidents instead merely saying Human Failure. The promoter to unsafe working thus degrading the fame of esteem organisation should be found out and punished.

Of late, in the last couple of major rail accidents, I have noticed that ministers/Railway Board officials pronounce their opinions on the cause of the accident even before commencement the official enquiry by ACRS/CRS. They conveniently blame the guard or the driver who has been killed to absolve themselves of responsibility for organizational failures. Blaming dead people is an easy way out becoz neither can dead men contradict what has been stated nor can they be punished. Chak de India.

@Mishra - Yes Railways should find out the actual reaons behind the recent crash at Sainthia, but that's just not the case.We all know we are lagging behind in terms of technology, speed, comfort, security etc but for any department to be able to work freely, it should be devoid of political pressures.Use of technology, instruments should be made hassle free, instead of going through painful approval procedures which take years to get deployed in the field.Making people accountable is an appropriate way to make them pay for their part of negligence, in these times where 'only forward way' is the best form to delevop, we should start thinking of making the Railways more robust, discretionary, flexible and dynamic.Ofcourse, ours is system which goes through a lot of legislation and 'special powers', but then why not make the Railways fall in that category, after all they carry the maximum passenger and...
