Can u explain, what it all get done, while LR happens??
Thankfully, u moved from 10 to 15-25 minutes (however 15-25 minutes too do have 10 minutes difference)!!
Further, Slack gets induced as if train dont have LR, it can move direct and cover lost time, which isnt the same case while LR (where train gets blocked to complete the minimum obligation of reversal)!!
Further,

TT consider the same & explains how LR happening in 1 Minute, as per initial query!!

What sort of question is that?
You don't ask the technicalities of how a train accelerates when you point out a delayed train scenario. Or do you?

Please click here and point out ONE SINGLE INSTANCE when it took more than 20 minutes for LR.
This very train. This very station.
And 20 is casual, usual, everyday situation. So when we talk 'possibility' please explain why 10-15 is an exaggeration.

Well, in the link, LR timing ranges from 0 minutes (Sep 08) to 40 mins (Aug 25) along with various miscellaneous data!!
Further, to take off air from vacuum brake & take loco off plus forward move to get on different track & backward move to get on track to merge with same line @ Rake end & then move to back of rake & then joining Loco along with air fill in vacuum brake & afterwards signing ok for no problem in braking from this side.....all this take time (above 20 minutes & if done quite fast, then too will take 25-30 minutes)!!
Yeah,

train accelerates but train with LR & without LR will get different scope of slack timing (without LR would get no slack even for same stretch)!! Plus, train dont always arrive right time & slack consider this even & thats the reason for LKU-BE been 2 hrs 45 mins while BE to LKU is 3 hrs 30 mins run!!

Now i get why you wanted to ask me the technicalities.
Thankfully, u moved from 30-45 to 25-30 minutes (however 25-30 minutes too do have 10 minutes difference)!!
.
But my question is still the same.
If

a train takes 'n' minutes for loco reversal, why don't we have a stoppage of 'n' minutes at that station, as simple as that.
.
After that slight slack can be provided to cover up. That's it. What's the big deal?

U induced this query later on (stoppage timing @ Station), while my explanation was to define y 1 minutes stoppage still gets scheduled in TT!!
Further, LR will exceed 25-30 minutes, against your reference of 10 minutes (quite fast is exceptional & i never have seen any LR train moving within 30 minutes)!!
LR is technical issue & as like IR dont discuss technical stoppage same way, sometimes it avoid inducing slack stoppage @ LR Station!!
