With a single WAP 7 loco link and LHB rake, the train could easily cover the entire route in the stipulated schedule with couple of more halts (like SWM etc.). Sufficient turn around time as well...

The train travels 2212km one way and need secondary maintainance and extention to Ekta is not feasible even the patronage will not be good or reasonable number as tourists go as part of tour and stay in Surat or Ahmedabad. and not directly to Ekta. Are they stay facilities in Ekta for night stay and accesiible to middle class. Rooms @ Rs 1,500.
Further when the train travels via Patna Agra it should start from Asansol. For Kolkatta it should be shortest route via Nagpur or Allahabad Bina Kota.
